About me

I'm a senior designer with nine years of experience across fintech and AI, and a background in cognitive psychology that shapes everything about how I work with people and teams.

Over the last several years I've been mentoring designers independently — from career changers finding their first role to senior designers navigating a plateau. Seeing those people land jobs, grow in confidence, and find their direction is what convinced me to formalise this as a service.

I think about design systemically: why people get stuck, what actually builds confidence, and how team dynamics shape individual performance.
